Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a round 20cm cake pan with non-stick baking paper.
- Cream together the butter and sugar in a stand mixer.
- Add the eggs, banana, vanilla, cinnamon and buttermilk and mix until will combined.
- Add the flour and bicarb soda, mix until just combined. Pour the mixture into prepared pan.
- Bake in the oven for 50 minutes or until cooked.
